To commemorate World Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Day on 23 April, we speak to Alan Yong, Associate Counselor, and Noor Insyira Binti Mokhtar, Counselor & Centre Coordinator, from Thrive Well, to look at why it’s important for young people to understand their strengths, personalities and emotions, so that they are mentally prepared to go through this phase of life.
