The man police arrested in Waianae’s latest deadly shooting believed he had to protect his home and family against more violence. That’s according to the attorney for 42-year-old Richard Keamo-Carnate, who spent the night in jail after allegedly fatally shooting his neighbor, Hiram Silva.
