We're tracking a developing storm that could bring flooding conditions to parts of the state later in the week. On Kauai, KIUC crews have restored power to 500 more customers across the island, but 3 percent of all members are still without electricity. And as many on the Garden Isle try to recover from the storm, a farm on the island's west side is trying to help out.
