Remnants from Norbert could bring some wet weather to parts of the state this week, and it looks like another Tropical Storm could be forming in the Eastern Pacific any day now. Progress continues to be made in getting the power back on for everyone on Kauai. And due to a fire at the Kapule Building, all in-person services at the Lihue Civic Center will be closed through Friday.
