Honolulu police have made an arrest in connection with the murder of a woman whose body was found in a storm drain in Manoa last month. Police arrested 44-year-old Gibran Copeland on suspicion of second-degree murder and use of a firearm. The victim was identified as 50-year-old Christina Baca.
