A gunman suspected of shooting a 27-year-old man and a 13-year-old boy is on the run. HFD responded to a 2-alarm fire in Wahiawa at the Department of Education's Central District Office on California Avenue. And the state is issuing all SNAP recipients $250 in addition to the Hawaii Relief Program, which provides support for families in need.
