The Honolulu Police Department is holding a press conference about an officer involved shooting that happened last night at Halawa Housing. Because of the high winds and ongoing drought conditions, Hawaiian Electric is warning customers that it could shut off power to reduce wildfire risks. And law enforcement sources say they hope Nancy Guthrie's pacemaker can help them find the missing 84-year-old woman.
