An investigation is underway after heavily decomposed human remains were discovered on a property located in the Hawaiian Ocean View Estates subdivision. Hawaii Island police said shortly before 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, detectives responded to the 92-8700 block of Lotus Blossom Lane in Ocean View after receiving a report of a decomposed body on the property.
