White out conditions in Hilo on this Aloha Friday, as Nolo makes is slow approach to the islands. While the models show Nolo's center will likely remain south of the island chain, catastrophic flash flooding and storm surge are possible for Hawaii County, and the rest of the state could still see some impacts.
