A 61-year-old man is dead after police say he ran a red light and collided with an oncoming car in the Kapolei area Wednesday night. It happened around 10:20 p.m. at the intersection of Laaloa Street and Farrington Highway. According to police, the man attempted to make a left turn onto Laaloa Street on a red light when he came in contact with oncoming car.
