HNN News Brief for Nov. 19, 2021:

• Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges Friday after pleading self-defense in the deadly Kenosha shootings that became a flashpoint in the debate over guns, vigilantism and racial injustice in the U.S.
• Hawaii reports 206 new COVID cases today, 40 of which were backlogged infections. There were also six additional fatalities.
• And the US House approves the Build Back Better bill along party lines. It's now headed to the Senate.
