A 44-year-old woman who was critically injured in a crash in Haiku on Halloween morning has died, Maui police said on Wednesday. She has been identified as Shelly Kan-Hai, of Kahului. The crash happened on Oct. 31, just before 6 a.m., on West Kuiaha Road.
