The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) have found an Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate Tuesday who failed to return from work furlough Friday. Sheriff’s deputies said they found Jason Takaki, 45, shortly before 8 a.m. in Kaimuki.
