Surf is up on the South shore, where advisory-level waves will be rolling in with the potential to reach dangerous warning levels tonight into Friday. A 56-year-old Kahaluu man has been charged with the death of 65-year-old Andrew Brown, who was killed by a drunk driver as he was walking home in June of 2025. And emergency crews evacuated the Topa Financial Center tower in Downtown Honolulu this morning.
