A divided Hawaii Supreme Court today declared City Council Chair Tommy Waters is ineligible to run for another term. Hawaiian Electric has restored power to another 1,000 famililes left in the dark after Hurricane Lala nearly two weeks ago. And the Salvation Army has now stepped in to help with daily meals for 220 residents for up to seven days, or until power is restored.
