Governor Green's nominee to be Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme court, Vladimir Devens, apologized to state senators yesterday for not disclosing his prior role with a controversial political action committee. And the Office of Elections is set to hold its 2026 political party ballot order drawing next week.
