He started in management consulting in London, he moved to the education sector where he rose to become a senior leader in the schooling system. 
then he morphed his career to the not for profit sector where he went on to hold senior leadership roles in organisations such as Bicycle network Victoria, The Brotherhood of St Laurence and The Smith Family.
