Friends and Kin in this episode, we are going to discuss BEING STILL – what does that even mean?  I am absolutely going to clarify all of that.  We will get into this and also some strategies for doing just that. BEING STILL. 

This is a very simple conversation about what I’ve been up to since we last were together, earlier this summer. School is now back in session and I am slowly RE-adjusting to that life.  During the Summer of '22, my life has seen so many transitions and I am not even mad about it.  The world seems to be on fire, at every turn - yet there is still joy to be had. Joy to be experienced. Gratitude to be felt from our crowns to our soles. I also talk about some of the ways I have dealt with a MILD depression – it wasn’t spicy, but MILD. The biggest strategy was to BE STILL. Also, I share a few tips for making it through those tough times…
