The Greg and Dan Show speaks with Attorney Ambrose McCall of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP about the four upcoming cases going before the Supreme Court including Section 230 which involves the content moderation practices of social media platforms.  

McCall notes that Section 230 Subdivision C1’s importance is to ensure that one cannot sue a social media platform for defamation, liable, etc. Claims have been made against Twitter and Google through YouTube under the Anti-Terrorism Act which requires the Supreme Court to review the case.

The Supreme Court is expected to review the case on February 21st and 22nd.
