This morning on the Greg and Dan Show, Lindsey Spangler from Red Shoes For Food Allergy Awareness of Peoria gave us a visit.

1 in 13 children have a severe food allergy, and has risen 50% from 1995 to 2011. This weekend, Red Sneakers will be hosting an event in Peoria Heights to help raise awareness in the Peoria area to inform people about allergies and treatments. On October 12th, the Red Sneakers For Food Allergy Awareness Walk/Run will begin at 8 am and feature events for all ages
