AGEING (DIS) GRACEFULLY:  Welcome to this, our first episode of Great Scotts - Join us for the great ageing debate as we discover whether food and wine really do age gracefully - or whether some things are better enjoyed sooner rather than later.   In our mission to answer this age-old question, you can expect plenty of laughs along the way.

Geoff uncorks a surprise find from his ‘cellar’ and we get an unexpected lesson on wine opening involving a candle and a wet feather PLUS, we introduce the “WANK” button which we don’t expect to be using too often!

This week we feature Mt Difficulty Pinot Noir, thanks to Matt Dicey at Dicey Wines plus some delicious cheeses including Mt Eliza Blue Monkey.

This podcast is produced by Helen Wrightson and Daniel Wrightson from The StreamShop
