How should Christians respond to artificial intelligence, humanoid robots, and an uncertain future? In Episode 40 of the 9941 PODCAST, Granger, AntMan, Tyler, and Parker explore AI and faith, Tesla Optimus robots, and what advancing technology could mean for work, relationships, and human purpose.

With humor, honest debate, and a biblical perspective, the guys discuss artificial general intelligence (AGI), automation, and the promise—and potential cost—of a world where machines do the work. Looking at Genesis, Ephesians, and the Tower of Babel, they ask: Is work part of God’s good design? Can technology remove the effects of the fall? And where should believers place their hope when the future feels unpredictable?

The conversation returns to the gospel of Jesus Christ, God’s sovereignty, and the importance of knowing Scripture and belonging to a local church. Join this week’s discussion about Christianity and technology, finding purpose beyond convenience, and facing the future with faith.

What does the Bible actually say about rest, work, the Sabbath, and how Christians should treat Sunday?

This week on the 9941 Podcast, Granger Smith, AntMan, Parker, and Tyler wrestle through what it means to honor the Lord’s Day in a culture that never seems to slow down. From Sunday youth sports and missing church to the biblical command not to neglect gathering with other believers, the guys ask a difficult question: Have Christians become too casual about Sundays?

But the conversation goes deeper than simply asking whether Christians should work on Sunday. What is true rest? Is scrolling Instagram, watching Netflix, taking a vacation, or doing nothing actually giving us the rest we’re looking for? Or have we confused entertainment and escape with genuine rest? Jesus says, “Come to me,” and the guys explore what it looks like to find rest in Christ through Scripture, prayer, worship, and time with the Lord.

They also turn the conversation toward the biblical value of work and Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” Rather than living for the weekend, the next vacation, or retirement, what would change if Christians viewed both their work and their rest as opportunities to glorify God?

This is an honest conversation about the Sabbath, Sunday worship, Christian work ethic, burnout, entertainment, spiritual disciplines, youth sports, church attendance, and ultimately finding the kind of rest that can only be found in Jesus Christ.

Does baptism save you? Should you get baptized again if you were baptized before truly coming to faith in Jesus? In Episode 38 of the 9941 PODCAST, Granger Smith and the guys discuss baptism, salvation, and what it means to be born again.

Through personal testimonies and a conversation grounded in Scripture, they explore believer’s baptism, the difference between conversion and “rededicating your life,” and the danger of finding false assurance in a childhood baptism. They also discuss why baptism belongs within the local church and how discipleship, accountability, and church membership help Christians grow in their faith.

What should churches consider before baptizing someone? What if you’re afraid to share your faith publicly? And how does baptism point to the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ? This week’s conversation brings those questions back to the gospel: salvation is by grace through faith in Christ, and baptism is an act of obedience that follows.

Listen in, consider your own testimony, and join the conversation.
