Freestyle artist Cynthia serves up an honest conversation about her life: music, motherhood, beauty, reinvention, and living life on your own terms. Raised in Spanish Harlem by a Boricua mother who went above and beyond to help her daughter pursue her dreams, Cynthia has spent four decades building a life and career in freestyle music. She opens up about her journey as an artist, the difficult sides of the music industry, and hitting rock bottom and going bankrupt before finding her way forward.

Cynthia is also a mother of two, a longtime working woman, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community advocate. She shares why there should be no shame in working a full-time job while pursuing your creative dreams. After years working at banks, she retired and shifted her focus to owning a spa, running her foundation, and enjoying life. At 58, she talks about her approach to beauty, wellness, aging gracefully, and feeling confident as a woman. We also talk about motherhood, growing up without her father, her mother’s lasting influence, finding love, and why Cynthia says she is happier than ever.

Plus, she reveals her happiest life moment, shares advice for women, and talks about what’s next, including the freestyle cruise she’s hosting. Dream Girl Cynthia is more than a freestyle artist.
