In the summer of 2020, a woman named Dia Abrams disappears from her home near Idyllwild, California. Her family and friends gather to search for her but some of their stories don’t quite add up.

A young teacher fails to show up for her first day of school. A hiker vanishes from a mountain in Colorado. A man leaves for a meeting with his neighbor – and never returns. In the aftermath, friends and loved ones search for answers. How can someone just disappear?

Host Lucy Sherriff unravels cases of people who’ve gone missing, and what their disappearances reveal about the places and people they leave behind.

This fall, we’re giving “Where’s Dia?” a new name: “Gone.” Host Lucy Sherriff returns with more stories about people who disappear, the voids that are left open, and how, if ever, those spaces can be filled.

We’ll be back November 16th with a new season, called “The Disappearances” – a collection of stories about people who have gone missing, and the families, communities, and loved ones they’ve left behind.

“Where’s Dia?” episodes aren’t going anywhere, so if you want to revisit those episodes, they’ll still be in the feed. And be sure to stay subscribed, so you’ll get new episodes of “Gone” as soon as they release.

New episodes will also be available to binge ad-free with a Pushkin+ subscription starting on November 16th. Thanks for your support!
