Rick Whittier has been carving spearing decoys for 17 years.  In that time he has amassed an amazing 80 awards and built an assortment of decoys ranging over 400 species and sizes.  Rick joined Scott and Kyle to talk about his passion for hand carving these pieces of working folk art, but also to promote the passing of this tradition on to the next generation.
