As the R3 Coordinator for South Dakota, Shala Larson is tasked with in Recruit, Retain and Reactivate initiatives for the state's outdoors.  She joined Scott and Kyle to share some insight into an upcoming "Becoming An Outdoor Woman" event that focuses on these goals.
