The Minnesota Governor's Fishing Opener festivities were slated to take place in Ottertail County in 2020, but due to the pandemic the event was cancelled and pushed forward to 2021.  Erik Osberg, Rural Rebound Initiative Coordinator for Ottertail County joined Scott and Kyle to share plans for this year's event.
