Minnesota DNR Assistant NE Region Fisheries Manager and Co-Chair of the MNDNR Panfish Technical Team David Weitzel shares insight into a study conducted last winter on the mortality of catch and release crappies.  The findings should help anglers refine their catch and release practices to conserve the resource.
