Roger Maris All-Star week begins Monday and goes through Friday, which is a big reason why the Roger Maris Celebrity Golf Tournament is in its 42nd year. A partnership with Sanford Health five years ago changed the direction of the event that is more about the success of the Maris Cancer Center than drives and putts. Fargo Davies graduate Rose Solberg is less than half the age of the Maris tourney. The reigning North Dakota Miss Golf was a varsity player since seventh grade and is heading to the University of Minnesota this fall.
