The border collie magically forms sheep into a group and then moves the tight herd to and fro as guided by the shepherd. If you ever have an opportunity to see a shepherd work sheep with a border collie, watch!
Our Border Collie Bullet treats my husband Jim and I like sheep. When we walk together on the ranch, Bullet gently guides us the way he desires, many
times in the wrong direction.
As Proverbs 3:5 and 6 say, “trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding. Acknowledge Him and he will make your paths straight.”
I PAWNDER, are we like Bullet leaning on our own understanding or do we lean on the Good Shepherd’s wisdom for guidance?
