How can we teach kids of this age to use technology wisely so it is beneficial and not harmful to them? 

जब 6 साल की उम्र में बच्चे स्कूल शुरू करते हैं तो माता-पिता के साथ-साथ बच्चे के लिए भी यह जीवन के कुछ महत्वपूर्ण वर्ष होते हैं। बच्चों को नियमों और अपेक्षाओं को सीखने में मदद करने के लिए “family meetings”का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग कैसे किया जा सकता है.  हम बच्चों को स्क्रीन का उपयोग सोच समझकर  करना सिखा सकते हैं ताकि उनका स्क्रीन टाइम उनके लिए लाभदायक ना की हानिकारक हो!

Though parenting is the toughest and most important job in the world, we do not get any prior training about how to do it. We do it based on how we saw our parents raised us, or we just go by the ‘gut’ feeling'. Would you do the same thing in any other job in the world? No way!!

As Asian Indian parents irrespective of what part of the world we live in, we parent in the "context of our culture" (which is diverse in itself depending on what part of India/world you grew up in).
