An AFL captain turned head of AFL Umpires and now GIANTS General Manager of Football, Wayne Campbell has had an interesting journey in football.

As the 46-year-old explains to award-winning journalist and GIANTS recruiter Emma Quayle, Campbell had many learnings across his journey.

From an introvert in his early days, Campbell has developed into one of the AFL's finest leaders, in charge of a growing and successful football department.
