From his hit duo, Foster & Lloyd, in the late 80’s early 90’s, to a booming solo career, to being one of Nashville's most revered songwriters, writing hits for the likes of Keith Urban and Sara Evans, Radney has proven he is one of the great artists of our generation. He gets real about his journey to success, what success means to him, how the music industry has changed and what he thinks it truly takes to be a great artist. Radney shares the secret to his 20+ year marriage, and his personal secrets to a fulfilling life. Lately he has been lending his songwriting gifts to help veterans with PTSD write their stories and experiences in a song. Radney said this is some of the most important work he has ever done, helping soldiers heal through music. It was an honor to sit down and hear this legend share his story.
