I sat down with This Is Us star Chrissy Metz and Nashville songwriter Bradley Collins to talk about their new children’s book, When I Talk to God, I Talk About Feelings. We talked about the power of faith, the importance of self-love, and why helping kids express their emotions early on matters so much.
