I sat down with This Is Us star Chrissy Metz and Nashville songwriter Bradley Collins to talk about their new children’s book, When I Talk to God, I Talk About Feelings. We talked about the power of faith, the importance of self-love, and why helping kids express their emotions early on matters so much. Chrissy and Bradley shared how they had to learn to express themselves as adults because they weren’t taught how as kids—and how that inspired this book.
