When judgement feels everywhere. Four.

View descriptionShare
It can feel like there is judgement everywhere; inside and outside of our heads. In this episode of Get Psyched our household clinicians explain why our brains constantly make judgements, of ourselves and others. Lis, Luke, Ella and Sharna help explain what its was like for them when the judgements became overwhelming. Along the way hear about some ways we can pause before we judge, and learn to be more curious, more kind, less reactive, and get through life more easily.
NOTE: This episode deals with themes of self-harm.
