We're all feeling a little overwhelmed this time of year. With so many parties, family gatherings, and work obligations, it's easy to let your health slip through the cracks. When I met today's guest, Andrea Laughlin, she was completely burnt out. As a mother and business owner, she was so busy and tired that she relied on up to six cups of coffee just to make it through the day. Through tests, we determined that her adrenal glands and hormones were depleted, and we got her feeling like herself again through testosterone therapy, adrenal support, and lifestyle changes. Andrea learned to delegate tasks and prioritize her own health—and that made all the difference in the world for her. Andrea is the owner of two barre studios in the Phoenix-area and, like me, she is a Lululemon ambassador. We talked about how important it is for women, and mothers especially, to make exercise, rest and self-care, as essential as any task in their daily routine. And as we've both seen so many times in our work, when people do that, everything else falls into place.
