In honour of World Music Day, Movie Monday tackles School of Rock — Jack Black at his finest — and the duo give it a proper rating.

Dr Zara Thompson, registered music therapist and researcher from the University of Melbourne, joins Sam and Maddy in the Cereal Box to talk about what music therapy actually is, how it helps people and some exciting projects currently in the works.

Since it was World Rainforest Day, Maddy puts Sam through a rainforest facts quiz that reveals exactly how much he retained from the Dandenong Ranges trip — which the two still can't agree was a hike or a walk.

With the break coming up, Sam and Maddy set a final mission: come back with the most interesting item from the break. Before Maddy runs through what's on around Melbourne this week and the two sign off for the break.
