In this edition of Gateway to Africa, we focus on dangers of child sexual exploitation, human trafficking and child labour that come with travel and tourism. This follows an international conference in Johannesburg co-hosted by Child Welfare South Africa and ECPAT to look at how sexual exploitation of children travel and tourism could be combatted. We feature Thomas Muller, the deputy executive director of ECPAD International, Dr Benny Obayi - acting executive director of Welfare South Africa, Anastancia Ndlovu – deputy minister of tourism and hospitality in Zimbabwe and Said Athman, secretary in Kenya’s ministry of tourim.
