Gateway to AfricaCreek festival and black history month
In today’s edition, South Africa and the US embassy co-produce Paradise Blue – an action-infused drama to commemorate Black History month The event takes place from 31st January to 1st March 2020 at the Market Theatre. Also in the programme, a 4 day Up The Creek festival takes place in the Western cape to celebrate its 30 year milestone. Taking place early February, the festival will feature 50 bands across 4 stages. And the World Tourism Market (WTM) Africa Travel and Tourism Awards is set to shine to shine a spotlight on individuals and businesses that have made a contribution to Africa’s travel industry. Deadline for nominations is the 31st of January.
