Today we bring you a LIVE broadcast of Gateway to Africa in celebration of Africa Day, the day on which the Organisation of African Unity, now known as the African Unity was formed 56 years ago. As we celebrate this day, we have no choice but to remember heroes who were behind the formation of the OAU such as Kwame Nkhruma, the former president of Ghana, Jomo Kenyatta of Kenya, Haile Silassie of Ethiopia and many more. We feature ambassadors of Morocco, Malawi and South Korea who talk about what the significance of this day.
