The event is an opportunity for African local government authorities to tackle major challenges at a local level such as infrastructure development and service delivery. We feature UCLGA Secretary General Jean-Pierre Elong Mbassi and chairman of South Africa Local Government Association. Also in this edition, we talk to participant at the last diplomatic fun fare held in Pretoria where different cultures were on display.
