HOUR 1 (09/23) - Shannon and Andy Riesmeyer kick things off with El Niño, Tropical Storm Odalys and a pronunciation fight with Amy King that somehow ends with Andy calling KTLA meteorologist Henry DiCarlo live on the air.
Then they turn to the L.A. mayor’s race, as a new poll puts Nithya Raman ahead of Mayor Karen Bass with a large share of voters still undecided, and discuss Raman’s DSA ties, Bass’ record and what the race could signal about the Democratic Party’s direction.
Plus, Andy’s Mattel past and his latest attempt at writing a country song.
