Luis Antonio Navia, born in Cuba, is a former international drug-trafficker. Navia worked for several of the major Colombian and Mexican drug cartels during the 1980s and 1990s until his arrest in 2000. 
His book “Pure Narco” details his life and times as a drug-trafficker through 25 years, until his current commitment as a consultant for the US Government in the ‘War on Drugs’.
