South Africa's Director-General of the Department of International Relations and Co-operation,and G20 Sherpa Mr. Zane Dangor, says meaningful progress has been made on climate financing since the last Sherpas Meeting, with member states now being held accountable for their commitments. Dangor was speaking at the opening of the 3rd G20 Sherpas Meeting, currently underway in North West, South Africa.
