Mike Madison chats with Eddie Hartman, well-known as a co-founder of the online legal technology company LegalZoom, and now a consultant and investor. Eddie focuses on thinking differently about the challenges and opportunities associated with expanding markets for legal services.  

Eddie shares his vision for strategizing solutions to Access to Justice problems, talking about practitioners, regulators, technologists - and investors. And he illustrates with his recent experience, using design strategies and technology, in bringing interdisciplinary teams together to overcome barriers in the legal system.
