Mental Health is about the way we feel inside, and it’s something that it’s ok to talk about with people you know well, like a teacher or member of your family...

Because this is important, we’ve teamed up with a radio station for grown-ups called Absolute Radio and together, we’ve made a special story that grown-ups and children can listen to together, to help make it easier to talk about how we feel.
