In this episode of Activity Quest, Bex is visiting the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden to find out all about the history of the underground and the ways people have moved around the capital.

Then, we're chatting to Captain Sir Tom Moore. Almost six months ago, at the age of 99, Captain Tom Moore began to walk laps of his garden with the goal of raising £1,000 by his hundredth birthday. Well he beat that by quite a lot. Almost £33 million he raised for the NHS. Since then, he’s had a number one single, he’s been knighted by the Queen as Captain Sir Tom Moore, and now Bex – fresh from the London Transport Museum! – is catching up with him about a brand new book called One Hundred Steps.
