Tuesday, May 28: Union Springs golf's Michael Culver is ESPN Ithaca's Fueling Excellence High School Athlete of the Week. Michael earned medalist honors at the Section IV Class D Tournament at The College Golf Course at SUNY Delhi. The sophomore shot a tournament-low 69 (3 under par) to help the Wolves win the Class D title, capping things off with a 25-foot eagle on the final hole. He also helped the Wolves win the IAC Small School Championship at Soaring Eagles Golf Course in Horseheads.
