Tuesday, May 12, 2026: Spencer-Van Etten golf's AJ Shoemaker is ESPN Ithaca's Fueling Excellence High School Athlete of the Week, presented by Centralus Health. AJ led the Panthers to a pair of close wins. He first shot a 41 (2 over par) to earn match medalist honors in a 188-189 win over Candor at Catatonk Creek Golf Club, then shot a joint-team-high 49 in a 200-204 win over Odessa-Montour at The Club at Shepard Hills.
